If you are ordering desks for an entire office, you should consider the fact that the needs for each desk may differ depending on the job of the employee and the function of the desk. Do not assume that placing a bulk order for a number of the same desks will be a wise purchase for your office. Consider each employee’s position and recognize that some may need different desks than others. One employee may work primarily with paper files and will need a desk with drawers and storage space for folders and supplies, while another may only need enough space for a computer. Thinking about these things beforehand will save you the expense and stress of ending up with a useless desk and needing to order another.
A well spaced office desk would allow you to keep the necessary items like the computer, documents, pen stand and mug on it without cluttering the space. It should have enough drawers and insets to be able to hold files and important documents. In this way things can be kept in an organized fashion. Again drawers should be of two types. The first type you can keep the files, while the second type should be shallow that would help to hold pens, pencils, wallet, etc.
